Initiating a Return Request:

– Provide your order number, describe the issue, and attach relevant photos.
– Retain the original invoice and tags.
Return Process:
– Upon approval, send back the product within 2 days (48 hours) to the provided address. Please ensure the product remains unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
– We accept returns/exchanges only for items with manufacturing defects or quality issues.
– Please note: Returns do not apply to size or color preferences. Kindly refer to size charts and contact us for clarifications before making a purchase.
Exchange/Refund Process:
– On receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will proceed with the exchange/refund process.
– Replacement/exchange will be dispatched once quality checks are completed.
– For refunds, anticipate up to 7 business days from receiving the product. Refund method will align with the original payment mode.
– Shipping charges might be deducted from the refunded amount.
